Edvent Global Limited (“Edvent Global”, “we”, “us”) operates www.edventglobal.com and related services. This policy explains what we collect when you use the website, subscriber account, inbox, and contact forms.

Information we collect

Enquiries. Name, email, phone, message, and interest area submitted on the contact form (stored as a lead).
Subscriber accounts. Email and password (handled by our authentication provider), plus optional name, phone, content interests, and email-alert preference.
Usage. Standard server logs and session cookies needed to keep you signed in and enforce content access.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to enquiries, operate member features (account, inbox, gated articles), send publish alerts when you opt in, and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal data.

Email

Account confirmation and password-reset mail is sent by our authentication provider. Article alerts are sent only if you leave Email alerts on in Account. We never email the full article body.

Sharing

We use subprocessors that host the site, database, authentication, and transactional email. Staff with business-admin access can see leads and subscriber records needed to operate the service. CMS staff accounts are separate from subscriber accounts.

Your choices

You can update profile, interests, and email alerts on Account. To request access, correction, or deletion, email hello@edventglobal.com.
